 NIMO
The National Incident Management Organization is the operational arm of wildland fire policy development and implementation, and incident management for Fire and Aviation of the Forest Service. NIMO draws strength from being interagency in scope, transcending historic boundaries and applying new pratices and emerging technologies.
 
The teams are founded upon and strictly adhere to the wildland firefighter core values of Duty, Respect and Integrity by providing strong leadership, emphasizing sound land management practices and supporting accountability for actions and decisions. more . . .
